Reward posted for killers of Santa Ana man, 34

Authorities announced a $5,000 reward Wednesday for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the people responsible for the death of a man killed on his way to work.
Jose Garcia, 34, of Santa Ana was in the 300 block of West Taft Avenue about 1:30 a.m. Nov. 13 when three men in their 20s assaulted him and fled, police said. Garcia died moments later when he was run over by a cream-colored minivan whose driver also fled. Anyone with information is asked to call (714) 744-7444.
