Family Mourns Teen Shot by Police at School

Family and friends gathered at a candlelight vigil in Longwood to mourn Christopher Penley, 15, who died two days after he was shot during a confrontation with police at his middle school.
Penley was shot when he brandished a pellet gun that closely resembled a handgun.
He had been clinically brain dead but was kept alive so his organs could be harvested, the family’s lawyer said.
