Elizabeth Young-Apstein, the daughter of former longtime UCLA Chancellor Charles Young, died Monday after suffering a cerebral aneurysm July 18 while walking on the beach near Malibu. Young-Apstein, 45, was the wife of Michael Apstein and the mother of five children.
