A teacher at Trabuco Hills High School has been charged with multiple counts of sex with an underage boy, a student, authorities said Tuesday.
Alyssa Anne Johnson, 31, is to be arraigned Dec. 21 on charges she engaged in “unlawful sex on multiple occasions” between July 4 and Nov. 14 with the student. If convicted, she will face up to seven years in prison.
Johnson, who has taught at the high school for about four years, was arrested at her Tustin home on Thanksgiving Day after school officials alerted police of her alleged relationship with the boy, described as between 14 and 17 years old.
