United raises domestic fares

UAL Corp., parent of United Airlines, said it raised fares for domestic flights by $3 each way -- $6 round-trip -- to offset the higher cost of jet fuel.
The move follows fare increases last week by Delta Air Lines Inc. and low-cost carrier Southwest Airlines Co.
