A TREASURED ACTIVITY

Re “Want to Hunt for Treasure? There May Be a Cache” [Action Man, April 3]:
Geocaching is a perfect way to spend some quality time with the kids without being too expensive. It gets them outdoors, away from the video games and the television.
The thing that I like most about geocaching is the way it introduced me to my own backyard, so to speak. Through geocaching, I’ve been able to discover the many secret trails in the foothills behind my house that I didn’t even know existed. It’s also something extra that we now do when we go on our camping vacation each summer.
