Homeless man is beaten to death

Three teenagers fatally beat a homeless man as passersby slowed to watch, Cleveland police said.
Anthony Waters, 42, suffered from abdominal, head and internal injuries, the Cuyahoga County coroner said.
A surveillance camera outside a towing company videotaped some of the beating Wednesday, police said. Waters staggered into the parking lot, where workers came to his aid.
No arrests have been made.
