Authorities are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the case of a 62-year-old man found dead in a street with an arrow in his chest.
Authorities say retired NASA employee Angel Martinez was on one of his frequent late-night walks in Lancaster on March 11 when he was hit in the chest. There are no suspects in the case.
Los Angeles County Supervisor Mike Antonovich, whose motion resulted in the reward, says Martinez had recently been released from a hospice and walked at night because he had trouble sleeping.
