Nicholas filing: An article in Thursday’s Business section about allegations made in a court filing by the ex-wife of Broadcom Corp. co-founder Henry T. Nicholas III said Nicholas would be tried first on drug charges and then on charges of stock option fraud. The fraud trial is scheduled to be held before the drug trial.
