Re: “ ‘Bruno’ sashays to the top, but its vulnerability shows,” July 13:
The article fails Econ 101. Nowhere is it mentioned that a movie ticket now costs $12, and that’s $24 for two not including the popcorn. In today’s economic disaster of hundreds of thousands losing their jobs every week, you avoid the crucial question: Go to the movies or put food on the table for your children?
By the way, “Bruno” is brilliant.
