Amid the controversy surrounding medical marijuana, pot dispensaries and Proposition 19 (which would legalize possession in California), HempCon rolls into town. The medical-marijuana show features exhibits and seminars by dispensaries, equipment providers, legal services, advocates and others, as well as music and entertainment.
