Newswoman Suzanne Marques and her husband, Robert Dourisboure, have listed their home in Hollywood Hills West at $1.29 million.
The home, built in 1978, has had its own star turn in such publications as Elle Decor and Angeleno Interiors magazines. The retro interiors were created by Woodson & Rummerfield’s House of Design.
Laid out for entertaining, the home is entered through a foyer with a grand spiral staircase. Expanses of walls are lit for displaying art. Spaces include an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light and look out on a terraced garden.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom house has fireplaces in the living room and master suite.
Marques covers lifestyle and entertainment and has appeared on CBS News, KCAL-TV Channel 9 and KTTV-TV Channel 11 in a variety of news shows.
The property last changed hands a decade ago for $750,000, public records show.
Jefferson Hendrick and Thomas Diehl of Lucid West Realty are the listing agents.
