Nicollette Sheridan’s feud with Marc Cherry may soon be coming to a legal end. The actress is suing the “Desperate Housewives” creator and Touchstone Television Productions for wrongful termination and battery over an incident four years ago. Sheridan, who is asking for $6 million in lost income, claims that Cherry slapped her on the head and then killed off her character when she complained. His contention?
