Discovery Channel dives into its 25th annual “Shark Week” with the special “Ultimate Air Jaws: Reloaded.” And be sure to catch “How ‘Jaws’ Changed the World,” a look back at Steven Spielberg’s fin-tastic 1975 blockbuster. (Discovery, 8 p.m.; 9 p.m. Tue.)
“The Comedy Central Roast of Roseanne” puts the sitcom star and “domestic goddess” in the hot seat to suffer the slings and arrows of roasters including Seth Green, Carrie Fisher, Katey Sagal … and former hubby Tom Arnold. (Comedy Central, 10 p.m.)
MONDAY
Brenda, we hardly knew ye: After seven seasons, Emmy winner Kyra Sedgwick, above, clocks out for the last time on the series finale of the police drama “The Closer,” followed by the debut of the spinoff series “Major Crimes.” (TNT, 9 and 10:05 p.m.)

Hey, where you goin’? One South Carolina town will suffer a severe, seven-day shortage of womenfolk when they leave the menfolk and kidfolk behind in the new social experiment/reality series “The Week the Women Went.” (Lifetime, 10 p.m.)
WEDNESDAY
“Climbed a tree. Ate some fruit. Rolled around in the grass, then took a nap. Met some nice humans who are deeply concerned with the survival of us forest apes.” Such might be the entries in an “Orangutan Diary” in this new special. (KOCE, 8 p.m.)
THURSDAY
Ouch! From the creator of “Sledge Hammer!” — remember “Sledge Hammer!”? — it’s “Bullet in the Face.” Eddie Izzard and Eric Roberts star in this darkly comic, hyper-violent crime saga, airing over two nights. (IFC, 10, 10:30 and 11 p.m.; also Fri.)
FRIDAY
If unrepentant apple-polishers such as ourselves know one thing, we know this: “Teachers Rock.” Dierks Bentley, Josh Groban and Carrie Underwood take part in this musical salute to America’s underappreciated education professionals. (CBS, 8 p.m.)
SATURDAY
One part “Rocky” forged with one part Rock’em Sock’em Robots – that’s the formula for “Real Steel.” Hugh Jackman, Dakota Goyo and “Lost’s” Evangeline Lilly star in this 2011 tale from “Night at the Museum” director Shawn Levy. (Showtime, 8 p.m.)
