The Amazing Race The travel competition continues in London in this new episode. 8 p.m. CBS
Last Man Standing The Tim Allen-starring sitcom starts its fourth season with back-to-back episodes. Nancy Travis, Kaitlyn Dever, Flynn Morrison, Molly Ephraim, Amanda Fuller and Hector Elizondo also star. 8 p.m. ABC
On the Menu Home cooks work with professional chefs to create new menu items for in this new food competition series hosted by Ty Pennington. In the series premiere, the home cooks vie to create the best new burger for a major restaurant chain. Chef Emeril Lagasse is a guest. 8 p.m. TNT
Austin City Limits Celebrates 40 Years This special episode compiles memorable moments from the series long run, and offers a few new performances. Willie Nelson, Foo Fighters, Bonnie Raitt, Kris Kristofferson, Emmylou Harris, Lyle Lovett, Buddy Guy and Alabama all pay tribute to the showcase. Sheryl Crow , Jeff Bridges and Matthew McConaughey host the two-hour program. 9 p.m. KOCE
Blue Bloods Shunned as a turncoat after she testifies against her partner, an officer (Tonya Glanz) is assigned to Jamie (Will Estes) — who also becomes an outcast for supporting her —in this new episode. Former NFL quarterback Boomer Esiason guest stars as himself, asking Frank (Tom Selleck) for a favor. 10 p.m. CBS
The Knick In this new episode of the historical medical drama Thackery (Clive Owen) frets that a rival surgeon and inventor (Michael Nathanson) will steal his thunder at an upcoming presentation for the New York Surgical Society. Meanwhile, Cornelia and Speight (Juliet Rylance, David Fierro) team with Bertie (Michael Angarano) in court to keep “Typhoid Mary” (Melissa McMeekin) quarantined. 10 p.m. Cinemax
