On Tuesday, January 13, the Los Angeles Times hosted an exclusive and provocative conversation on the issues and opportunities presented by the transition taking place in Washington, D.C.
A translation team, made up of Times' journalists and Southern California opinion leaders participated in a lively forum where trends, policies and early decisions of the Obama administration were discussed.
