Ventura County rainstorm causes mudslide, evacuations

The first rainstorm most have seen in months moved into Southern California on Friday night, causing mudslides in Camarillo that damaged some homes.
The Ventura County Fire Department said one person was rescued and 11 homes were evacuated after mudflows caused damage along San Como Lane.
Officials said waist-high mud was reported in some areas. The American Red Cross was on the scene.
The rain moved into the region Friday night. Scattered showers are in the forecast through Saturday afternoon.
