Chino Hills?

Chino Hills is an upscale community of about 80,000 residents in western San Bernardino County. The average household income is $96,497, according to the U.S. census. That's $20,000 more than the county average.

The winning numbers in Wednesday’s record-setting Powerball drawing were: 8, 27, 34, 4, 19 and the Powerball number, 10.
