It seems like every mobile photo app has a feature imitating the shallow depth of field produced by a tilt-shift lens. In this image of the downtown L.A. skyline, however, Gary J. Winterboer used the real thing, aiming from Griffith Observatory with a 90mm TS-E lens mounted on his Canon 5D Mark II.
