Football: On the road to Oceanside

It’s going to be quite a weekend at Ocenside High School, with four terrific games scheduled as part of the Honor Bowl.

First up is Friday night’s clash between Gardena Serra (1-0) and Oceanside (1-0). The game will be televised live by Time Warner Cable Channel 101 and HD 354.

On Saturday, it’s a tripleheader. Sherman Oaks Notre Dame (1-0) plays Loomis Del Oro (1-0) at noon. Oaks Christian (1-0) takes on Upland (0-1) at 4 p.m. Ventura St. Bonaventure (1-0) plays Corona Centennial (1-0) at 8 p.m. The last two games also will be televised live by Time Warner Cable.
