Update: Despite a poor overall record and a 1-7 mark in their own division, the Bobcats are currently in eighth place in the Eastern Conference. Kobe Bryant had 21 points and forced Ben Gordon into a wild off-balance three-point attempt with 2.5 seconds left as the Lakers won in Charlotte last month, 88-85.
