Orange County shoppers can say “G’day” to Sheridan, South Coast Plaza’s latest international tenant.
An Australian retailer of bedroom furniture, Sheridan’s 3,450-square-foot store in Costa Mesa is the company’s first in Southern California.
Sheridan specializes in selling everything to decorate a bedroom. The product line includes bedspreads, pillowcases, linens and curtains, as well as beds, tables, chairs, lamps and headboard kits.
Sheridan launched its U.S. operations last August when it opened a store on Madison Avenue in New York City. Since then, it has expanded to 20 locations across the country. Internationally, the Sheridan line is sold at department stores in Tokyo, London and Paris.
The price of merchandise ranges from about $10 for potpourri to $28 for a sheet to $3,000 for a bed.
