NIT ROUNDUP : DePaul Slips by Cincinnati

Stephen Howard’s bank shot with two seconds left lifted DePaul to a 61-59 victory over Cincinnati in a second-round game National Invitation Tournament game Tuesday night at Chicago.
David Booth led DePaul (20-14) with 18 points, and Kevin Holland added 15. Howard finished with 13.
Andre Tate led the Bearcats (20-14) with 17 points, Levertis Robinson had 16 and Louis Banks scored 15.
DePaul trailed, 56-54, after Banks hit a 15-foot jump shot with 3:37 left. But Booth made a shot in the lane and Chuckie Murphy sank a three-point basket to put the Blue Demons ahead, 59-56, with 1:55 to play.
Banks scored on a layup, on which he was also fouled by Booth, and added the free throw to tie the score, 59-59, with 27 seconds left.
On the last DePaul possession, Murphy missed a three-point shot, but Howard got the rebound and scored.
St. Louis 58, Wisconsin Green Bay 54--Anthony Bonner had 18 points and 17 rebounds to lead the Billikens at St. Louis.
St. Louis is 19-11. Don Oberbrunner had 19 points for Wisconsin Green Bay (24-8).
