Summerchase Homes, a 251-unit development of single-family houses, opens today in San Jacinto.
The first phase of 31 three- and four-bedroom houses is priced from $112,990 to $139,990, with FHA and VA financing available, according to a spokesman for the builder, Sirco Development Co. Inc., Garden Grove.
Four one- and two-story plans are offered, ranging from 1,105 to 1,762 square feet. Features include central air conditioning, lots at least 7,200 square feet, three-car garages and whirlpool spas in all master baths. Move-ins are scheduled to begin early this fall.
Four furnished models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at Chase Street and the Ramona Expressway, reached from the eastbound Ramona Expressway exit of the Escondido (215) Freeway.
For Over-55 Buyers
Single-family homes aimed at older buyers are offered in American Village, a 256-unit Allmark Inc. development in San Jacinto.
Thirty-five two-bedroom, one- and two-bath units are offered in three single-story plans ranging from 889 to 1,087 square feet, priced from $75,990 to $88,490. Buyers must be 55 or older; in the case of a couple, one must be at least 55.
First move-ins are planned for the middle of August. The monthly association fee of $36 includes upkeep of a clubhouse. Three models--one furnished--are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at 1390 Congress Way, reached from the State Street exit of the Ramona Expressway.
