Keeps On Rolling: There are fewer big real estate deals going on these days, but a few medium-size ones keep happening.
Most recently, the Oak Tree Plaza, a small shopping center in Tustin, was sold by Colco-Prospect Ltd. for $7.8 million to Nakai Shoji Co. Ltd. The broker was Marcus & Millichap.
And Catellus Realty, formerly Santa Fe Pacific Realty, bought nearly 8 acres next to the Costa Mesa Freeway in Tustin from Harry J. O’Donnell, a private investor, for $7.5 million.
Catellus will build a shopping center on the site. O’Donnell’s broker was Grubb & Ellis.
