Washington 14, Gardena 6--Running back Dennis Northcutt scored on a six-yard run midway in the third quarter to give the Generals a Southern Pacific Conference win over Gardena, which played its second game of the week after playing a makeup game against Carson on Tuesday. Northcutt rushed 14 times for 150 yards.
