Principals of Automated Applications, a manufacturer of custom automated-assembly machines, have acquired a 10,500-square-foot industrial building in Moorpark for an expansion within that community.
Automated Applications has scheduled a March occupancy of its new facility at 5212 Kazuko Court. The company will employ 18 people at the site, which will replace the current facility on Flinn Avenue.
Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented both Kazuko Properties, the buyer, and California Federal Bank, the seller.
