Looters may have made away with a flight recorder of a Vietnam Airlines jet that crashed, investigators said. One recorder has been recovered. The plane with 66 people on board went down while approaching the airport in Phnom Penh, the capital, in a rainstorm. Seventeen bodies were recovered, in addition to the 48 located earlier. Authorities said some of the dead may have been hit on the ground. One survivor, a Thai boy, was released from the hospital and returned to Thailand with his father. Another boy found near the crash site was hospitalized with head injuries.
