The Orange County Board of Supervisors in a unanimous vote Tuesday shifted the county line in anticipation of the proposed annexation of Midbury Street into Brea. The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors approved the boundary change July 27.
Now it is up to the Midbury residents to decide whether to become Brea residents. Ballots, which were mailed out this month, will be counted and the results announced at the Sept. 21 City Council meeting.
