The City Council will hold a public hearing Tuesday to consider objections to this year’s weed abatement program. Weeds, rubbish, refuse and dirt that have been determined to be a public nuisance and safety hazard will be removed by city contractors from vacant lots.
Property owners will be charged for the cost of removal. The council meets at 7 p.m. in chambers, 100 Avenida Presidio. Information: (949) 361-8200.
