A public forum will be held Saturday to discuss the proposed Foothill South toll road. Steve Letterly, the director of strategic planning for the Transportation Corridor Agencies, and Elizabeth Lamb of the Sierra Club and Friends of the Foothills will be presenting. The forum, sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Capistrano Bay Area, is from 9 a.m. to noon at the Palisade United Methodist Church, 27002 Camino De Estrella. Information: (949) 498-9672.
